As per All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) Regulation, 2019 vide F. No. 1-101/PGRC/AICTE/Regulation/2019 dated 07.11.2019 a “Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC)” is re-constituted as under:

Grievances of students related to academics and personal grievances of students within campus and hostel may be addressed to Chairperson through Email: director.rbs@rajagiri.edu or through the Online Grievance Redressal Mechanism.

Appointment of Ombudsperson

As per All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) notification, 2020 vide F.no. 1-101/PGRC/AICTE/Regulation/2019 if the aggrieved students are not satisfied by the decision of SGRC they may approach to the OMBUDSPERSON.

In view of the above provision, AICTE has appointed the Ombudsperson for the redressal of grievances of students of AICTE approved PGDM institutions as per detail below:
