Workshop on New Labour Codes

A two-day workshop on the four new Labour Codes was organised by the Rajagiri Centre of Excellence for Workplace Happiness and Compliance. The workshop was held at Rajagiri Business School in Kakkanad on January 9 and 10, 2026. The sessions focused on the new Labour Codes and the changes they bring to labour laws, industrial relations, and employer–employee dynamics.

Management and Leadership Training Programme

Management and Leadership Development Program Batch 4 for Administrators/Directors/Hospital In-charges / Doctors / Nursing Heads/ Paramedical staff of healthcare institutions in the Catholic Health Association of India (CHAI) was organized by Rajagiri College of Social Sciences & Rajagiri Business School from May 03rd – 07th, 2024.

Management Leadership Development Program

Rajagiri College of Social Sciences & Rajagiri Business School delivered Management and Leadership Development Programs of Five Days for the Administrators/Directors/Hospital In-charges / Doctors / Nursing Heads/ Paramedical staff of healthcare institutions in the Catholic Health Association of India (CHAI) network which commenced from July 08th – 12th, 2024. This was the second batch of 49 participants.

Workshop for Bharat Petroleum Dealers “PRAGATI”

Rajagiri Business School received proposal to conduct a training program for LPG distributors “PRAGATI”, The Capability Building Workshop for Bharat Gas Distributors “Elevate Excellence”. Its first edition was organized from March 25-27, 2024.

Entrepreneurship Awareness Drive 2023 (EAD)

Rajagiri Business School Hosted Entrepreneurship Awareness Drive (EAD) 2023 in association with Entrepreneurship Cell IIT Kharagpur on October 20, 2023. Shri Kochuouseph Chittilappilly Founder chairman & Chief Executive officer of V- Guard Industries was the keynote speaker along with Ms Revathi Krishnan Founder & Director of Suyati Technologies, Chapter Chair, TiE Women Initiative and Mr Ashim Jolly Founding partner Aperio. Partners, Ex- director WeWork India.

Workshop for Bharat Petroleum Dealers

Rajagiri College of Social Sciences & Rajagiri Business School organised The Capability Building Workshop for Bharat Petroleum Dealers a three-day residential MDP “Igniting Excellence” which was conducted from November 22 to November 24, 2023 and from December 05th to December 07th, 2023. The MDP was well appreciated by BPCL team and participants. Top management of BPCL may grand few more MDPs to Rajagiri as an outcome of the success of the first edition.

Management Development Program by the Gems and Jewellery Institute

A 2-day MDP by the Gems and Jewellery Institute in association with Rajagiri College of Social Sciences & Rajagiri Business School named JEMP (Jewellery Management Executive Programme) was organised from December 12th – 13th,2023 for Jewellery Owners from all over India. The programme covered various topics related to Jewellery business and management. There were 50 participants. Both internal and external resource persons handled sessions.

Management and Leadership Training programme

Rajagiri College of Social Sciences & Rajagiri Business School delivered Two Management and Leadership Development Programs of Five Days each to Two Groups of Fifty Administrators/Directors/Hospital In-charges / Doctors / Nursing Heads/ Paramedical staff of healthcare institutions in the Catholic Health Association of India (CHAI) network which commenced on July 31st,2023 and the next session was from August 8th – 12th, 2023.

Widow Entrepreneurship Training Programme

The 2nd Edition of the Widow Entrepreneurship Workshop was conducted from September 8- 9, 2023. 1st year Rajagiri College of Social Sciences & Rajagiri Business School students were also the resource persons for a few sessions. The participants were highly appreciative of the sessions. The workshop was inaugurated by Dr. Binoy Joseph, Associate Director, RCSS.
