Vision: To catalyze healthcare leadership, operational excellence, and innovation by integrating clinical expertise with management science and cutting-edge analytics.

Mission: To build leadership capability and evidence-driven transformation in healthcare through an integrated approach combining impactful research with professional upskilling.


               RC-HEAL is a pioneering initiative of Rajagiri Business School, dedicated to strengthening leadership, management, and innovation within the healthcare sector. RC-HEAL has been envisioned as a dedicated platform for clinical and healthcare professionals to develop advanced leadership capabilities, management insights, and system transformation competencies. The centre reflects Rajagiri’s commitment to bridging the gap between clinical expertise and healthcare leadership - a need that has grown increasingly critical in today’s dynamic healthcare environment.

                Through its two verticals - the Research & Consultancy Lab and Professional Programs - RC-HEAL provides evidence-based insights, strategic guidance, and world-class training to address the evolving challenges of modern healthcare.

The Rajagiri Centre for Healthcare Excellence and Advancement in Leadership (RC-HEAL) operates through two core verticals:

1) Learning & Training Wing

The Professional Programs vertical focuses on upskilling and leadership development for healthcare professionals, combining clinical expertise with strategic management training.

Key Offerings:

  • MDP-Rx - Ongoing

RC-HEAL’s flagship postgraduate certificate program, designed exclusively for doctors and healthcare leaders. It focuses on leadership, innovation, and management capabilities while retaining a strong clinical orientation.

  • Management and Leadership Training Programme for Healthcare Professionals (CHAI) - Completed

            A specialized program designed to help clinicians and administrators enhance leadership effectiveness, operational decision-making, and strategic thinking.

2) Research & Consultancy Wing

The Research & Consultancy Lab unites diverse research initiatives at Rajagiri focused on healthcare-related industries.

Bound by the common theme of applying social science theories, advanced statistical methods, and state-of-the-art computational analytics to large-scale microdata, the Lab leverages the growing availability of health data and advances in machine learning to address pressing challenges.

Core Focus Areas:

  • Resource Allocation

Developing strategies for efficient allocation of health resources in constrained environments, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality of care.

  • Workforce Well-being

Using analytics-driven insights to promote positive workplace cultures, reduce burnout, and improve engagement across the healthcare workforce.

  • Patient Satisfaction and Quality of Care improvement

Identifying actionable patterns from large-scale health systems data to improve clinical pathways, enhance patient outcomes, and personalize care delivery.
