Santosh Kumar Sharma holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behaviour from IIT Roorkee and Masters in Human Resource Management from IIT Kharagpur.   His research interests include organizational behaviour, human resource development and educational Leadership. He has a number of research publications in reputed journals and has presented research papers in national and international conferences.
