The upcoming edition will provide a vibrant platform for academicians, doctoral scholars, and practitioners to exchange ideas, collaborate, and contribute to advancing research and practice in the field of management. The Rajagiri International Management Conference (RIMC) is a premier academic forum that brings together multiple parallel conferences across key areas such as Finance, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Operations, and Business Analytics.

Introduction to RIMC’2026

RIMC 2026 embraces the theme Transforming the Global Business Ecosystem through Sustainability, Innovation, and Technology. Today’s global business environment is defined by the urgency of sustainability and the promise of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and digital platforms. While climate change, resource scarcity, and social responsibility demand sustainable solutions, AI and advanced technologies provide the tools to design and deliver them at scale. Businesses are now called to go beyond traditional models—embedding sustainable practices while harnessing AI-driven insights, digital innovation, and green technologies. This dual focus empowers organizations to create agile, responsible, and future-ready enterprises that not only adapt to change but also generate lasting economic, environmental, and social value. By integrating sustainability with technological innovation, particularly AI, the conference highlights the need for collaborative, interdisciplinary dialogue. Scholars and practitioners across Finance, Human Resource Management, Marketing, and Analytics & Operations will come together at RIMC 2026 to reimagine the global business ecosystem and shape a resilient, sustainable, and AI-enabled future.
