Dr. Johnson Clement Madathil is a faculty in Business Analytics at Rajagiri Business School. He holds a PhD in Management Studies from National Institute of Technology Calicut, with a focus in Econometrics and Quantitative Marketing. His expertise includes generating managerial insights from video and textual data by applying machine learning and econometric models. His research has appeared in leading academic journals such as Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services (ABDC-A), International Journal of Market Research (ABDC-A), Economic & Political Weekly, and several other Scopus Q1/ABDC listed Journals. He is a reviewer for distinct ABDC/Scopus Q1 journals. His research paper has won the spotlight award at the 2023 1st India Strategy Conference jointly organized by ISB, IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Bangalore. His paper has also won the best paper award at the ISDSI Global Conference 2022 jointly organized by University of Albany, USA and JAGSoM. He has been actively engaged in delivering invited sessions on Data Science, Research Methodology, and Generative Artificial Intelligence for business at prestigious institutions, including NITs, central universities, and leading private universities.
